Questions before you subscribe
When will I be charged?
Monthly plans charge each paid month. Annual plans charge the full displayed annual amount upfront. Checkout shows the final amount before payment.
When do I receive my credits?
Credits are granted only after confirmed payment. Monthly credits arrive after each successful monthly payment; annual credits arrive together after the full-year payment succeeds.
What if game generation fails?
Credits are reserved before a request and settled against eligible work. If it fails before billable work completes, the unused reservation is returned. Your account shows the transaction history.
Can I cancel or change my subscription?
You can stop future renewal in your account or contact support. Cancellation does not erase the current paid term or automatically refund it. Ask support for a plan change.
What is the refund policy?
For a first paid subscription purchase, request review within 3 days if you have not used its credits for a billable operation. Credit packs are non-refundable and do not expire, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Contact support with your account email and order ID; see the Terms for details.
Which payment methods and taxes apply?
Available payment methods, taxes, and any extra charges are shown during checkout before you confirm. No card details are stored by this site.
How many games can I make with a plan?
There is no fixed games-per-plan number. Planning, Build parts, revisions, images, and other supported actions have separate estimates; scope and usage determine the final credits.
Can I edit and test the game after downloading?
Yes. Download the editable project and open it in Roblox Studio. A Build download or structural check is not a guarantee that it plays correctly or is ready to publish.
