1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using Roblox Game Maker (the Service), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13, or at least 16 if you are in the EEA or UK, and meet any higher minimum age under local law. If you are under 18, you need your parent or guardian's permission. Do not use the Service if you cannot agree.

2. What the Service provides

The Service helps you plan, generate, download, and revise editable Roblox projects and related assets. Concept images are not gameplay footage. A generated Build or structural check does not mean it has passed Roblox Studio, device, multiplayer, permissions, moderation, or publication checks. You decide whether and when to test or publish under your own Roblox account. Roblox Game Maker is not affiliated with Roblox.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. Do not abuse credits, payments, or access controls, or bypass Roblox rules. Do not request, upload, generate, or share: (1) sexual or pornographic/NSFW content; (2) graphic violence, gore, or instructions to harm; (3) hateful or discriminatory content targeting protected groups; (4) child sexual abuse material or any other sexualized, exploitative, or unsafe content involving minors; (5) deceptive deepfakes or impersonation of a real person without authorization; or (6) material that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other rights. Do not submit content you lack rights to use.

Report suspected prohibited content or an account abusing the Service to [email protected] with the relevant project or content link, a brief description, and your contact email. Do not email illegal imagery itself, especially material involving minors.

We review reports and available evidence, may apply automated checks to supported inputs, and may restrict content, pause generation, suspend accounts, or escalate where required by law. We may ask for more information and preserve records needed for investigation. Contact support if you believe a decision was mistaken.

4. Your inputs and generated work

You retain rights in content you submit. As between you and us, generated project files and assets made specifically for your request are yours to use, subject to third-party rights, model-provider terms, and Roblox rules. You grant us the limited permission needed to process, store, and deliver your request. You are responsible for checking originality, licenses, permissions, functionality, and suitability before release.

5. Credits and usage

Before a chargeable action starts, we show its estimated credits for the capability and scope. Completed billable work uses the displayed capability or step prices; provider costs are not passed through as a separate dollar charge for each request. A platform failure before billable work completes releases the reservation under the in-product settlement rules. A creator-review rejection follows the disclosed review and repair rules and may remain charged. Free signup or promotional credits may have different expiry or transfer rules shown when offered. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not a bank balance. Current balances and transaction history appear in your account.

6. Subscriptions and credit packs

Prices and the number of credits are shown before checkout in USD. Monthly plans are charged and credited each paid month; annual plans charge the full year and grant the full annual credit amount after successful payment. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of their paid term; purchased credit packs do not expire. Packs require an active paid subscription. Taxes and payment-method charges, if applicable, are shown by the checkout provider.

7. Renewals, cancellation, and payment failures

Subscriptions may renew unless you cancel future renewal in your account or through support before the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not erase the current paid term or automatically refund it. If a renewal payment fails, no new credits are granted for that period. Access to paid features may be limited until payment is resolved. Do not assume a plan change has occurred until the account confirms it.

8. Refunds and disputed charges

For a first paid subscription purchase, you may ask support to review a refund within 3 days if you have not used subscription credits for a billable operation. Purchased credit packs are not refundable and do not expire, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Contact support with your account email and order ID for duplicate charges, failed delivery, refund requests, or a payment dispute. We review requests under applicable law and the payment provider's process. If a refund is approved, associated credits are reversed; credits already spent may leave a negative balance. Your mandatory consumer rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.

9. Availability, changes, and liability

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for publication. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that a generated project will pass Roblox review. We may change features or prices prospectively with notice appropriate to the change; existing paid terms remain subject to their checkout terms and applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
